REFUND POLICY

There is a strict NO REFUND Policy. 

Exchanges

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a SHOP ChiTai E-Gift Card (a.k.a store credit). 
  • We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item.
  • We also recommend to contact Taina first by e-mail if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact Taina by e-mail within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.

 

Returns

Ship Your Return
  • Start your return process by sending an e-mail to shopchitaiLLC@gmail.com
  • The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit or you may purchase the return label yourself. 
  • All clothing must be in the original packing and has not been worn.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Shop ChiTai E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Returning a Gift

  • Start your gift return by contacting Taina by e-mail.  Taina will provide you with instructions on how to process your return.  
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Shop ChiTai E-Gift Card.

How can I start a return?

How long does it take to process the return?

  • Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

Is there a return fee?

  • If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $6.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Shop ChiTai E-Gift Card). You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.
